The "Dare to Dream" Aviation Career Days are being organized in order to inspire our youth to dream big! We want them to know that no dream or goal is insurmountable. Our mission is to provide a hands-on experience with aviation, and educate students on all of the possibilities to them in the field of aviation and aerospace. Let’s promote a DIVERSE and INCLUSIVE industry TOGETHER!

Our debut Dare to Dream: Aviation Day at HANGAR 21 in Fullerton, CA was a HUGE success! Now we’re looking to expand!

Thanks to our sponsors, contributors, vendors, and US Military, we were able to provide an aviation educational experience for over 550 guests, and flew 156 students in helicopters!

HELICOPTER DISCOVERY FLIGHTS

Helicopter flights at the event are first come-first serve. Arrive early between 0915-1000 to secure your student’s spot on one of our discovery flights. Our very experienced pilots and safety teams will ensure a safe and fun experience students will never forget!
FLIGHT SIMULATOR CORNER

Students will have the opportunity to try their hand at flying thanks to our friends at Rising Aviation High School!
DRONE DOME

The Unmanned Aircraft industry is growing at an exponential rate. Students will have the opportunity to learn all about the industry, as well as learn how to fly them in our Drone Dome!
USAF VIRTUAL REALITY FLIGHT SIMULATOR

Try your piloting skills out on the Oculus Flight Sim brought to you by the US Airforce!
DIY PAPER PLANES/HELICOPTERS

The student will learn how to engineer advanced paper airplanes, dixie cup helicopters, and DIY airplanes with our volunteers!
AVIATION ARTS&CRAFTS

Students will have the opportunity to put their creativity to use at our arts & crafts table!

INTERACTIVE AVIATION CAREER DISCOVERY

We’re here to get educated on what type of careers are out there in the aviation field. You don’t have to be a pilot to be involved with aviation, and we’re here to open our youth’s eyes to the many possibilities and opportunities they have. We all work together as a team! Your student will learn all about becoming a Flight Attendant and play “Emergency Equipment Jeopardy!”, learn how to make paper airplanes from an Aeronautical Engineer, try their hand at giving clearances as an Air Traffic Controller in our simulated traffic pattern, and learn how an engine works from an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic!
